Who we are / 02

One partner from enquiry to delivery.

We develop customers, agree requirements, quote, contract and collect payment in our own name. Units are manufactured, inspected, packed and container-loaded by our long-term partner factory; our work is to turn your requirement into a configuration the factory can build, follow it through production, and organise the delivery.

One written version runs through the whole order. When something changes, the configuration list, the price, the lead time and the responsibility notes are updated together, so the quotation, the contract and the production request stay identical.

What you get from us is the complete product solution, the purchasing coordination and the delivery service behind it — one point of responsibility for the order.

Production / 03

Production sits with one long-term partner factory.

The factory manufactures, runs its internal quality checks, packs the units and loads the containers. We monitor progress, coordinate inspection and collect the documents it actually holds.

What we check while the order is built

  • Structure — steel consistency, welds, connections, panel flatness and dimensions
  • Waterproofing and insulation — roof, door and window details, insulation filling
  • Electrical and plumbing — wiring, earthing, voltage, leaks and drainage
  • Configuration — fit-out, options, surface condition and the parts list for every unit

Documents are project-specific: a material test report does not by itself mean a project has local approval, so what applies to your country, your project and the complete building is verified per order.

01 — Space capsules

A capsule is a self-contained accommodation unit. It is built complete, transported to the project site and positioned, connected or installed locally. Base models include rectangular and rounded shells.

Customisation is limited: internal configuration, materials, finish, furniture and part of the exterior can be adjusted within the range the factory confirms. Dimensions, structure and shell shape cannot be made fully bespoke.

02 — Container modular buildings

Container-based modular buildings provide functional space for construction projects, workforce camps and other sites that need rooms quickly. Units are combined according to headcount, room use and quantity.

Responsibilities / 05

What we deliver, and what stays on your side.

This is the default split. Anything different is agreed per order and put in writing before production starts.

We deliver

  • The units you confirmed, with the fit-out, furniture and services inside the contract
  • Optional items and spare parts within the contract
  • Parts needed for transport and installation
  • The confirmed unit and configuration list
  • Installation steps and drawings
  • The packing or parts list
  • The documents the factory holds, such as material test reports and fire and electrical documentation
  • Requirement review, quotation, production follow-up, inspection, packing, loading and export shipping coordination

Your side, unless agreed otherwise in writing

  • Import clearance, duties and taxes
  • Transport from the port to the site
  • Site access, foundation and external water, power and drainage
  • Unloading and lifting
  • Assembly and utility connections
  • Local planning, building, fire and operating approvals

Trade terms — and who arranges sea freight, insurance, import clearance, duties and last-mile delivery — are agreed per order. Documents are verified against your country, your project and the complete building.
