Our process / 01

From inquiry to after-sales.

Every stage is confirmed with you before the next one starts: what we do, what you do, and what is still open.

12 stages · one written version of the configuration

Stages / 02

What happens, and who does what.

The same sequence runs for a single capsule and for a camp of container buildings; only the amount of detail changes.

  1. 01

    Customer and project qualification

Before any engineering time is spent we check the essentials: who you are, where the project is, what the units are for, how many, the target date, and who will handle import, unloading and installation.

    You
Share the project name, location, intended use and volumes, and say who handles clearance and installation.
    We
Tell you early whether the inquiry fits, and what is still missing before a quotation makes sense.
  2. 02

    Requirement collection

Capsules and container buildings need different inputs, so each product line has its own checklist and every answer ends up in one written requirement list.

    You
Capsules: scene and climate, base shell, quantities, occupancy, fit-out, utilities and site conditions. Container buildings: headcount, room types and quantities, layout, project standard and assembly conditions.
    We
Send the checklist, fill the gaps with you and keep one version of the requirement list.
  3. 03

    Feasibility and configuration

The factory confirms which base shell or module matches, what can be adjusted, which materials and systems fit, which documents it actually holds, and how production and loading would run.

    You
Decide your priorities when budget, configuration and performance pull in different directions.
    We
Come back with a confirmed configuration and name anything we cannot commit to.
  4. 04

    Quotation

We quote in our own name and state what is included and what is not: configuration, materials, packing, lead time, trade terms, documents, validity and payment terms.

    You
Compare the configuration behind each price, not only the total.
    We
Keep the configuration list, price and lead time in step, and say what the quoted scope leaves out.
  5. 05

    Revision and confirmation

Projects change while they are being compared. Every change updates the configuration list, the price, the lead time and the responsibility notes at the same moment.

    You
Send your comments in one round where possible, then confirm the final version in writing.
    We
Re-issue the document set so the quotation, the contract and the production request stay identical.
  6. 06

    Contract and payment

The contract repeats the confirmed configuration and records quantity, payment schedule, when the lead time starts, trade terms, delivery point, inspection and acceptance, packing and shortage handling, installation support, change costs, and which local approvals stay on your side.

    You
Confirm the contracting party, the payment route, and any import or approval conditions.
    We
Contract and collect in our own name, then pass only the controlled information to the factory.
  7. 07

    Production release

Production only starts from the confirmed document set: shell and quantities, dimensions, materials, fit-out, options, electrical specification, packing and document requirements, completion date and loading plan.

    You
Approve the release version and keep later changes as a written order change.
    We
Place the order with the factory and record which version was released.
  8. 08

    Production follow-up and quality control

We follow the order while it is built and check the points that decide quality: steel consistency, welds and connections, panel flatness and dimensions, roof and door and window waterproofing, insulation filling, plumbing leaks, wiring and earthing, voltage, fit-out and options.

    You
Tell us early if you plan a third-party inspection or your own visit.
    We
Keep the order moving and report what the checks found, including anything that has to be corrected.
  9. 09

    Inspection, documents, packing and loading

Before shipping we check quantities, options, the parts list, installation steps and drawings, packing marks and protection, and the loading plan, and we collect the documents the factory actually holds.

    You
Confirm the receiving contact, the documents you need for import, and who unloads at the destination.
    We
Match every unit and part to the packing list and hand over the export document pack.
  10. 10

    International shipping and customs clearance

Freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties and the last mile are agreed per order, and we put in writing which side carries each item.

    You
Handle import clearance, duties and local delivery unless we agreed otherwise in writing.
    We
Coordinate the shipment and give you the loading and document pack before departure.
  11. 11

    Arrival, installation and acceptance

Unloading, lifting, site preparation, assembly and utility connections are handled locally, while we provide installation steps and drawings and remote guidance within the agreed scope.

    You
Prepare road access, foundation, lifting equipment and utility points, and record the arrival condition with photos and videos.
    We
Support the installation questions within the agreed scope and help separate production, transport and site issues.
  12. 12

    After-sales handling

Problems are handled in a fixed order: record the order and unit, collect photos, videos and a site note, decide whether the cause is production, packing, transport, installation or use, confirm with the factory or the carrier, then agree the repair or spare-part arrangement and log the result.

    You
Send the case details promptly and keep the packaging and carrier records for transport damage.
    We
Give you a dated answer that states the cause we found and the agreed next step.

Next step / 04

Start with your project.

Send the product, the units or rooms you need, the destination and your timeline. We confirm what the factory can produce and come back with a configuration and a quotation.
